TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility

To place a rental request, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. We do not allow bookings by minors.

2. Booking & Payment

· All bookings must be submitted through our website or coordinated directly with a Divine Party Rentals representative.

· A security deposit (typically 50%) may be required to confirm your reservation.

· Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other authorized platforms.

· Full payment is typically due before delivery or on the day of the event. Exact terms may vary depending on your rental type and will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Rental Equipment Use

By renting from Divine Party Rentals, you agree to:

· Use all equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

· Supervise children and guests using inflatables or other interactive rentals.

· Avoid relocating or modifying equipment once set up by Divine Party Rentals.

· Ensure bounce houses and other large rentals are deflated and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

· Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.

4. Delivery & Service Areas

· We offer free delivery in Homestead, FL.

· Additional delivery fees may apply outside of Homestead and will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.

· All deliveries are coordinated by Divine Party Rentals, including those involving subcontracted services like catering, photography, or bartending. These partners operate under Divine Party Rentals and do not communicate with customers independently.

5. Subcontracted Services

Divine Party Rentals may offer additional services through vetted subcontractors (e.g., catering, bartending, photography). These services:

· Are managed and billed through Divine Party Rentals.

· Are not coordinated directly by customers with subcontractors.

· Fall under our quality standards and customer service guarantee.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless stated otherwise in your rental agreement or receipt, we currently do not offer a formal cancellation or refund policy. If this changes, updated terms will be posted here and communicated to customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Divine Party Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse or unsupervised use of rented equipment. Customers assume full responsibility for all guests and users of the equipment during the rental period.

We are also not liable for weather-related interruptions or other events outside our control unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at DivinePartyRentalsMia.com, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
